You deserve quality construction. Have you ever heard, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” We have higher minimum standards to ensure your investment is quality. We use quality air conditioners with extended warranties; programmable thermostats; premium tile; premium vinyl flooring; shower niches; foamboard on exterior walls; tray ceilings or vaulted ceilings in living rooms where possible; under truss porches that can be closed in; 5 ¼ or 7 ¼ inch baseboard; wooden windowsills; recessed dryer vents; cooktop vents; tile kitchen backsplash; disposals; quartz, dolomite, or granite countertops; impact windows (standard windows with shutters upon request); soft close cabinet doors and drawers; ceiling fans; raised TV power outlets in family room; and exterior soffit lighting. These are NOT upgrades; they come standard.

We strive to be professional and excellent in everything we do. We use BuilderTrend™ to provide regular updates, text messages, progress photos, sharing documents, and more. We are not briefcase builders. We visit your project throughout the process to ensure quality and service, and we are available to answer any questions you may have. We provide an in-house draftsman to provide custom floorplans and timely changes while projects are in-progress. We also work with numerous architects and engineers for commercial projects.
