We were born and raised in Brevard County and have deep ties to the community. Our families moved to Melbourne in the 1950s and 1960s, and they have been a part ever since. From starting and serving at a long-standing church daycare, being a Bellsouth™ lineman, and owning a 60-year-old painting company to serving as a law enforcement officer, software programmer, and volunteering on over ten non-profit boards, our families are rooted and committed to Brevard County. We played little league in West Melbourne. We graduated from Eau Gallie High School, Melbourne High School, Brevard Community College (Eastern Florida State College), and University of Central Florida. We are committed to our community.

With over 95 years of combined construction experience, our team is equipped to handle a wide range of projects. From commercial buildings and storefront buildouts to custom homes and large-scale developments, we have the expertise to bring your vision to life. We work with all types of customers to include construction loan homeowners, landlords, and investors. We have built homes and townhomes of all sizes: 1,200 to 5,400 square feet living and over 7,500 sqft under roof. We also participated in large commercial projects with over 30,000 sqft and multiple floors.
